Rules of staying in the hotel

Dear future guest, please pay attention to a number of rules for staying in our hotel before settling in. Good afternoon, dear guests, we would like to familiarize you with the rules for staying in the hotel and on the territory of “Vilson”, please familiarize yourself with it and have a pleasant rest.

These Rules and conditions of accommodation in the hotel “Vilson” are developed on the basis of the Law of Ukraine “On Tourism”, “Rules for the use of hotels and similar means of accommodation and provision of hotel services”, as well as other legal acts and regulate relations in the field of providing hotel and additional services

Identity card upon check-in

Upon check-in, the Guest must provide the hotel administration with identity documents (passport, driver’s license, foreign passport).

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in time is 14:00 local time. Departure time is 12.00 local time. In the case of staying in the room, for the period of the end of the established departure time, the guest is obliged to pay for late departure in the amount established by the hotel.

Early check-in and late check-out

For travelers who arrived early before the check-in time (before 14:00), we offer to use the paid service “Early check-in” in order to start a full-fledged vacation as soon as possible. Be sure to note that this service is booked in advance.

For guests who, for some reason, are forced to stay at the hotel after the check-out time (12:00), we offer the “Late check-out” service in order to take your time packing and still have time to enjoy the SPA area, until 18:00. This service can be booked in advance.

The cost of “Early check-in” and “Late check-out” services depends on the room category in which the guest is staying.

Payment of accommodation

Payment for accommodation services is made directly upon check-in in cash, non-cash payment or credit cards in the national currency. Tariffs for accommodation are indicated in the national currency per room. During settlement, a tourist fee of UAH 14.20 is charged for citizens of Ukraine (in accordance with Article 268 of Chapter XII of the Tax Code of Ukraine).
The tourist tax is not charged if there is a travel order.

Placement of children

  • Children under the age of 5 are accommodated in a room with their parents for free. An extra bed for children under 5 years old is provided free of charge.
  • Accommodation of children aged 6-11 years is additionally paid in the amount of UAH 600/day.
  • Accommodation of children aged 12+ years is additionally paid in the amount of UAH 800/day.

The possibility of an additional bed or baby cot is agreed with the administration.

All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at the hotel.
It is strictly forbidden for children under 16 to be in the SPA area without a responsible adult.

Accommodation with pets

Staying in the hotel with pets is allowed if they fall under the category “dogs and cats of small breeds”. The hotel reserves the right to determine whether each individual pet can be accommodated. Agreement and accommodation in a room with animals must be accompanied by the signing of the “Rules for accommodation of pets”. Upon check-in, the guest pays a deposit of UAH 3,000 in case of property damage. If no defects are found upon departure, the deposit is returned to the guest in full. Dog walking takes place only on the territory of the hotel.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and other premises of the hotel, except for specially designated places, in case of violation of this rule, the hotel will be forced to charge the guest in the amount of 1000 hryvnias. For a systematic violation of this rule, the hotel administration has the right to evict the guest from the hotel without refunding the money for the stay.

SPA

The time of visiting the SPA zone is 12:00 – 21:00. It is forbidden to use the jacuzzi, hammam, sauna and cold bath for guests who have medical contraindications, any signs of illness, as well as in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or toxic intoxication. The hotel is not responsible in case of damage to the guest’s health or in the event of an accident during the guest’s use of the jacuzzi, hammam, sauna and cold bath.

It is MANDATORY to take a shower and remove all jewelry before visiting the baths and jacuzzi, for your own safety and that of other residents.

Security

The guest is prohibited from bringing and storing in the room flammable objects, bringing onto the territory of the hotel materials that pose a danger to the life and health of others and himself. The hotel is not responsible for the loss of money, currency values, securities, jewelry and other valuables of the guest that were not placed in the safe for storage.

Forgotten things

In case of discovery of forgotten belongings of the Guest, the Hotel immediately informs the owner, if he is known. Forgotten things are stored at the hotel for 6 months. After the expiration of this period and the owner of the forgotten items has not been identified, the Hotel has the right to dispose of these items by drawing up the appropriate act.

Hotel property

The guest must protect the property of the Hotel. In case of loss or damage to hotel property, the Guest shall compensate for damages in accordance with the “Price list for lost and damaged hotel property”. The guest is also responsible for damages caused to hotel property by his family members and visitors.

 

Internal routine of staying in the hotel

From 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., silence must be observed inside the hotel and on the territory. Audio systems and televisions are not allowed to be turned on at high volume in the rooms at this time.

Guests can come to the hotel from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The person staying in the room must give consent to the arrival of guests, and the administrator keeps a record of all hotel guests. The person staying in the room is responsible for the guest. If necessary, the administrator has the right to check the guest’s documents.

Privacy

The hotel adheres to the privacy policy. The Hotel may request the Guest’s personal data, which include: surname, first name and contact information, date of birth, check-in and check-out dates, upon check-in at the hotel. Personal data of the guest can be used for the purpose of booking rooms. The Guest’s personal data can also be used to improve the quality of the Hotel’s services, conduct marketing research. Information may be provided to third parties in exceptional cases provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine, only with the guest’s permission and by court decision.

For violation of these rules of accommodation, the hotel administration has the right to evict the guest from the room, without refunding the cost of accommodation.
