IS THERE A SPA AND A POOL?
The SPA area with a swimming pool will open in winter.
Access will be included in the room rate.
IS THERE PARKING ON THE TERRITORY?
The hotel offers covered parking with a barrier, providing additional security and comfort for our guests.
IS ADVANCE PAYMENT REQUIRED FOR BOOKING?
Yes, as a guarantor of the availability of a room for you and your arrival for us. After filling out the reservation form, you will receive a confirmation letter with official details
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHECK IN BEFORE THE SETTLEMENT TIME?
Check-in at the hotel is after 14:00, but if there is a free room, you can use the “early check-in” service for an additional fee.
Check-out is carried out before 12:00, accordingly, if there is a desire to stay longer, you can use the “late check-out” service upon prior agreement with the reception
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS OF LIVING WITH ANIMALS?
We allow accommodation with small pets up to 5 kg, subject to a deposit of UAH 2,000 upon check-in (refundable upon departure). If your pet is larger but very polite, accommodation is coordinated with the administration at special rates.
